Georgian Gardens is located approximately 60 miles south of St. Louis in Potosi, Missouri. Our community-based, dedicated staff is available to help residents achieve and maintain the highest level of independence as possible. Admissions are accepted 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Deaconess Long Term Care (DLTC) at Georgian Gardens offers skilled nursing, with private and semi-private room options, as well as a Huntington’s disease program.   Our rehabilitation program is structured to meet the growing needs of our aging population as well as meeting the disease specific therapy needs of our residents. Georgian Gardens is interested in providing more than just a place to live. We are dedicated to providing quality care in a compassionate environment. By respecting the unique characteristics of each person, we work together with the community to care for residents as our guests, so they can remain productive members of that society.
